How does it work?

First you need to request an appointment through the website, for a date and time that suits you. Once the appointment is confirmed, we bring the salon van to you and treat your dog outside your home. Its as easy as that.

Do i need to walk my dog beforehand?

Yes! We recommend you walk the dog before the appointment to release some energy and make the process easier and more enjoyable for the dog.

When should my puppy have its first session?

We recommend the puppy should have its first grooming session at 10-14 weeks old. Make sure the puppy has had its second set of vaccinations.

How often should my dog be groomed?

It depends on the dog. Dogs with long/ thick hair need grooming every 4-6 weeks. While dogs with shorter/ finer hair may only need grooming every 8-12 weeks.
